The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 3 of the Law "On Restructuring of Debt for the Provided Services on Maintenance of Houses and Premises and House Territories, and Public Utility Services as of December 1, 2006" regarding Subsidy Receipt"

The Law excludes the provision from Clause 3 of the applicable Law, whereby to receive a subsidy for the payment for housing and public utility services, the debtors shall conclude the agreement on debt restructuring with the service provider if they have arrears in the payment of housing and public utility services.

The draft was registered under Reg. No. 8390.
